OMEGA 1
This Area has a long history of being one of the pioneer Areas in the Conference. We are extremely proud of the consistence it has shown throughout. As a leading Area much is expected from this Area and I am proud of the work that has been done. We applaud the Leadership for their dedication and hard work. I am concerned with the sudden drop in numbers to Conference Events. In 2019, we will be visiting OMEGA 1 and having an open dialogue with the members to try and source the root cause of the problem and hopefully address the problems.
TDDA2
This Area is the epitome of strength and resilience. Area 2 is one of the Areas I know will be successful in its endeavors because they have an undying spirit. I wish to extend my words of gratitude to every member of Area 2 for their overwhelming support and attendance to Conference Events. As the Leadership, we wish to visit Area 2 to discuss the attendance of certain circuits to Area and Conference Events. Overall, we are extremely of the Area 2 Leadership for their beautiful work.
B&B3
Consistency. Consistency. Consistency. As my home Area, I am extremely proud of the demographic that this emerging in Area 3. There is so much potential in the young generation that we are seeing in Area 3 and I would be lying if I said it has not been doing splendid work. I wish to extend my words of gratitude to the President and Director for the beautiful work they are doing. God bless you all. We will be visiting this Area to engage on issues around harnessing and embracing the young demographic and strategize around issues of succession and information dissemination.

If there is one Area that knows its story, it has to be Area 4. The humility and unity that exists in Area 4 is beyond my comprehension. Overall, the work that has been done in this Area is amazing and I am sure the Leadership is working on growing from this. Visiting Area 4 will be focused on issues around how to best seize and utilize the resources they have available to them and use them to their advantage. Congratulations to the Leadership for a beautiful year.
FAVA5
There is so much to say about this Area but for the sake of this document it’s best to consolidate everything and say “every rung goes higher and higher”. I am proud of the Leadership of this Area because they are what defines, “own race, own pace”. Area 5 is not pressured to be like any other Area and that is exactly what makes them the Area they are today. Out visit to Area 5 is similar to what we are going to be discussing in Area 3, harnessing and embracing the current demographic. Congratulations to the Leadership.
TSMA6
This has been a beautiful year for Area 6 and it is my prayer that it grows from here. A visit to Area 6 will be centered on discussions that speak to unity and optimum utilization of available resources to yield desired results. I am proud of Area 6 and pray that it grows from here.
TMFA7
This Area is one of the most potentially biggest Areas in the Conference. So much work needs to be centered on demolishing the segregation of circuits particularly because of their distance from each other. I am happy and extremely proud of what has been done in Area 7. Visiting Area 7 will be for a discussion on how it will be best to adopt a plan that is flexible for every circuit in the Area.
CCA8
The small Area with a big heart J J. The humility in Area 8 is amazing. I am particularly concerned about the state of Area 8 because it lies between critical and fatal and before the end of 2019, we need to stabilize it.
Divine 9
Exceptional Leadership. Amidst all the trials and tribulations Area 9 has exuded a fighting spirit which warms my heart. Visiting Area 9 will be for a discussion that will hopefully yield a change in the overall picture of the Area.
ARMY10
As President, it warms my heart to see an Area defy odds and strive towards success and stability. Area 10 is one of the strongest and resilient Areas in the Conference and their work ethic is amazing. Their Leadership remains one of the pioneers in the Conference. When visiting Area 10, it is my wish to discuss the best possible way of how to best utilize the experience within the Area.
PAWA11
I speak for a lot of us when I say there is so much work that has been done in Area 11. I am proud of everything that has been done. All glory be to God!!! I wish to engage with the Area 11 and probably find a way on how their big numbers can be represented at Conference Level. Nonetheless, congratulations to the Leadership.
